Lobster Buoys

While visiting Maine recently, I learned about lobster buoys and wanted to know more. I found out that every lobster fisherman has a different design of buoy. That buoy is attached to all of their lobster traps out in the ocean as well as to the top of their boat so that other fishermen know who’s buoy is who. This blew my mind the more I thought about it, because just imagine how many lobster fisherman there are and how many different types of designs of buoys there are! Wow!
