This year’s Colorado Gives Day is TOMORROW, December 9th. Visit ColoradoGives.org to find one of nearly 1,500 Colorado nonprofit organizations to donate to; search the website by neighborhood, by name or by cause to select the nonprofit(s) that are most aligned with your values and interests.

Colorado Gives Day is an annual statewide movement to celebrate and increase philanthropy in Colorado through online giving. This year – for the first time ever – Colorado Gives Day features a $1 Million Incentive Fund that serves to proportionally increase the value of every donated dollar.

Last year’s numbers:
$20.5 million dollars donated (34% increase from 2012)
$20.9 million dollars distributed to Colorado nonprofits
1,449 participating nonprofits (92% acquired new donors!)
732 organizations raised $5,000 or more
38,760 total donors
88,571 total donations (28% increase over 2012)
$232 average donation size
$100 most common donation
